Are your products authentic?
Absolutely! At L'ATELIER, we pride ourselves on offering only 100% authentic designer products. We source our items directly from reputable suppliers and brands, ensuring that you receive genuine merchandise that meets the highest quality standards.
How come your prices are lower than retail?
So the reason our designer pieces are priced lower is because we source them from Europe’s trusted outlets, sample sales, and private sellers. That way, we’re able to offer items at way better prices than retail.
Shipping and delivery
How long is processing?
Processing times can range from 0 to 11 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message containing the tracking number of your order.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
We will accept requests for returns & exchanges within 2 days of delivery. If accepted, Item(s) should be shipped within 4 days. Item(s) must show no signs of wear and be in it’s original packaging. To submit a request please contact us with your order number and a detailed description (with pictures of the item(s) to review) at support@unatelier.store.
Sourcing Items
Can you obtain items that aren't listed on the website?
Yes, kindly provide us with the model and size, and we will make every effort to promptly acquire it for you.
Size
Can you help me find the right sizing?
Yes, any questions regarding the size of the models sold, do not hesitate to contact our team via the chat or at support@unatelier.store.
I wear a half size but I only see whole sizes should I go up or down to the nearest whole size?
If you wear a half size you should go UP to the nearest whole size.
I couldn't find my size here. Is it possible to acquire it?
Kindly provide us with the model and size, and we will make every effort to promptly acquire it for you.

Do you have a shop or showroom?
We are currently in the process of developing one; it's not available just yet.
Where are you located?
We operate exclusively online, without a brick-and-mortar storefront. Our warehouses are strategically positioned in Italy, France, and Spain.
