I wear a half size but I only see whole sizes should I go up or down to the nearest whole size?
If you wear a half size you should go UP to the nearest whole size.
I couldn't find my size here. Is it possible to acquire it?

Do you have a shop or showroom ?
We are currently in the process of developing one; it's not available just yet.
Where are you located ?
We operate exclusively online, without a brick-and-mortar storefront. Our warehouses are strategically positioned in Italy, France, and Spain.
What does Un Atelier mean?
"Un Atelier" is a French term that translates to "A workshop".

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message containing the tracking number of your order.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I return or exchange an item ?
We will accept requests for returns & exchanges within 2 days of delivery. If accepted, Item(s) should be shipped within 4 days. Item(s) must show no signs of wear and be in it’s original packaging.
